Quidditch
Quidditch is the premier sport of the magic world. It takes place on flying broomsticks. It consists of two teams who have to get the quaffle in one of three hoops on either side of the Quidditch feild. To win a match the Seeker must catch the golden snitch.
Bludger- a medium sized ball that trys to hit the quidditch players. The beaters job is to hit this ball away and attempt to hit players on the other team. It moves very fast and is hard to avoid.
Quaffle- This is a big ball that a chaser has to get into one of the three hoops at the ends of the feild. But the chaser has to get the quaffle past the keeper, who guards the hoops.

Hogwarts Houses
These are the four house logos of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The house names come from the four founders of Hogwarts: Rowena Ravenclaw, Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, and Salazar Slytherin. These four were also the most powerful witches and wizards of their time.
Rowena Ravenclaw, the founder of Ravenclaw House valued cleverness and intelligence of the students in her house. She only allowed intelligent students into her house.
Godric Gryffindor, the founder of Gryffindor House thought that any child who showed magic abilities before his or her 11th birthday could enter Hogwarts. He beleived in courage and bravery above all other qualities.
Salazar Slytherin, founder of Slytherin House beleived that only pure blood(born from a mother and father who were both born from pure families with no blood connections to muggles) should enter Hogwarts. He valued cunning and ambition of the students in his house.
Helga Hufflepuff, the founder of Hufflepuff House values hard work and loyalty of the students in her house.
